Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting a storm water management facility maintenance covenant and permanent easement agreement associated with the development of Lot 1, Vintage Business Park at Prairie Trail Plat 5.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Vintage Business Park at Prairie Trail is a recorded subdivision. The property owner agreed to an easement in this location as part of the development of the dog boarding facility at 1650 SW Magazine Road.
