Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION  accepting final plat, subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control, and platted storm water management facility easement for Briarwood Plat 23.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Briarwood Plat 23 is a 2.62-acre plat located east of N Ankeny Blvd, north of Fareway, west of Briarwood Golf Course, and south of Natural Health Chiropractic. The proposed final plat is a replat of a portion of Briarwood Plat 11, which is zoned C-2 General Retail and Highway-Oriented Commercial District. This replat creates two buildable commercial lots, with Lot 2 to be developed as a new tunnel car wash, the site plan of which is currently under review.

Approve and accept resolution.
