This change order includes the following items:
A) Item C4.1: The locations of a sewer and water service were misidentified through the Iowa One-Call process. This resulted in the reinstallation and lowering of 40 feet of 24" water main in order to avoid the conflict.
B) Items C4.2 & C4.3: Temporary traffic control signage and temporary pavement markings were installed in order to have NW Irvinedale Dr. open to traffic during the winter months.
C) Item C4.4: Luminaires and associated temporary overhead electric lines were installed in order to illuminate the NW Irvinedale Dr. & NW 5th St. intersection during the winter months.
D) Items 4.5 & 4.6: Hot water was used for PCC paving in colder temperatures, and the new PCC pavement was covered with blankets for cold weather protection.
E) Item 4.7: Temporary driveway pavement was constructed in order to provide access to several residential properties during the winter months.
