SUBJECT:

Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION setting a time and place for a public hearing on the proposed five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the years 2019 through 2023 (date of hearing: 01/21/19 @ 5:30 p.m.).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The capital improvement program services as a guide for the provision of public improvements, outlining the timing and financing of projects for a five-year period. 
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
The capital budget is a significant portion of the fiscal year 2020 budget.  It includes the costs associated with the 2019 capital projects, the first year of the 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Program.  The remaining four years of the program become a part of the City's long-term financial program.
