Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting a warranty deed for parkland associated with the development of Prairie Trail Park Plat 1.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Outlots W, X, Y, and Z, Prairie Trail Park Plat 1 were platted in 2017 but not deeded to the City. These outlots contain regional detention basins and will also serve as public open space.
