PH 2019-02: Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 193, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, regarding Flood Plain Regulations.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 193, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, superceding the current provisions of Chapter 193 regarding Flood Plain Regulations. The updated provisions in this chapter are required to maintain the City of Ankeny's participation eligibility in the National Flood Insurance Program, in accordance with the updated FIRMs effective February 1, 2019.
