The action before the Council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a proposal from J. Pettiecord, Inc., in the amount of $54,600.00 for the construction of the 2019 Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Extension Clearing and Grubbing project.
 
The 2019 Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Extension Clearing and Grubbing project includes clearing and grubbing of trees within an existing sanitary sewer easement. The sewer easement is located along Four Mile Creek, near Deer Creek Estates. The goal of this project is to gather additional information to complete the designs for the 2019 - Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Extension project and the 2019 - NE Four Mile Drive RCB for Deer Creek project.
