Proposed Not to Exceed $6,075,000 Water Revenue Bonds

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The not to exceed $6,075,000 Water Revenue Bonds are being proposed to fund the water projects in the 2019 Capital Improvement Program.  These projects include the East 1st Street and I-35 Interchange Reconstruction, South Ankeny Boulevard and SE Shurfine Drive/SW Prairie Trail Parkway Intersection Improvements, SE Magazine Road Water Main Improvements, Irvinedale Drive Transmission Main - Phase 1, NW State Street Water Main Improvements - Phase 1, Irvinedale Drive Transmission Main - Phase 2, NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements and SW Water Tower Interior Repaint.
