SUBJECT:
Proposed Issuance of Not to Exceed $6,190,000 General Obligation Bonds (for essential corporate purposes) (PH 2019-12)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The not to exceed $6,190,000 General Obligation Bonds (for essential corporate purposes) are being proposed to fund the urban renewal projects in the 2019 Capital Improvement Program.  These projects include the SW Des Moines Street - SW Prairie Trail Parkway to SW Magazine Road improvements, SE Creekview Drive drainage and paving improvements and SE Hulsizer Road realignment.
