Consider motion to approve the Deer Creek South Phase 2 Preliminary Plat and accept the public street names NE Deer Haven Drive, NE Oak Ridge Drive, NE Hunter Drive, NE Pearl Street, NE White Tail Drive and NE Deerfield Drive.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Deer Creek South Phase 2 is a proposed 81.40-acre (+/-) preliminary plat located north of E 1st St and east of NE Four Mile Dr. The preliminary plat includes 249 single-family and bi-attached residential lots, one lot (Lot 1) indicated as Mixed-Use 1/MDR/Office, one lot (Lot 252) indicated Medium Density Residential, and one lot (Lot 2) indicated as parkland. Additionally, there are four outlots. Outlots W, X, and Z will be used for storm water management, while Outlot Y will be reserved for future development.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the Deer Creek South Phase 2 Preliminary Plat, and accept the public street names NE Deer Haven Drive, NE Oak Ridge Drive, NE Hunter Drive, NE Pearl Street, NE White Tail Drive, and NE Deerfield Drive.
