Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, subdivision bonds for seeding and erosion control, contracts and performance and maintenance bonds for public improvements, sewer connection fee, water connection fee, warranty deed to streets, and platted easements for Ruan Crosswinds Plat 1
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Ruan Crosswinds Plat 1 is a 21.66-acre plat within the Crosswinds Business Park PUD, and is located southwest of SE Corporate Woods Dr; and north of SE 72nd St. The proposed final plat follows Neighborhood Plan #3, which was approved on February 4, 2019. This plat creates one buildable “flex” lot, as described in the PUD, and one street lot. Lot 1 will be developed as a new terminal for Ruan Transport Corporation—the site plan of which is currently under review—while Street Lot A will be deeded to the City for SE 72nd St improvements.
