SUBJECT:
Ord 1964: An Ordinance establishing street grade elevations along a portion of SE Creekview Drive.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the council is the passage of a street grade ordinance.  This grade ordinance is required as a part of the proposed SE Creekview Drive Roadway Improvements project per Section 384.39:  Improvements Brought to Grade, of the Iowa Code.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve first consideration of Ordinance No. 1964, an Ordinance establishing street grade elevations along a portion of SE Creekview Drive.
