SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of street right-of-way, permanent roadway easement, permanent storm sewer and drainage easement, and temporary construction easement for the South Ankeny Boulevard and SE Shurfine Drive / SW Prairie Trail Parkway Intersection Improvements project in Ankeny, Iowa.  (1727 South Ankeny Boulevard - Imperial RV Center)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a fee title acquisition, permanent roadway easement, permanent storm sewer and drainage easement, and temporary construction easement from Imperial RV Center (Jaxwil Enterprises, Inc. as Deed Holder and WW Futures II, LLC as Contract Buyer) at 1727 South Ankeny Boulevard to facilitate the construction of the South Ankeny Boulevard and SE Shurfine Drive / SW Prairie Trail Parkway Intersection Improvements Intersection Improvements project.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
The total compensation for the fee title acquisition, permanent roadway easement, permanent storm sewer and drainage easement, and temporary construction easement is $47,300.00.  The cost for the fee title and easements is part of the project costs for the South Ankeny Boulevard and SE Shurfine Drive / SW Prairie Trail Parkway Intersection Improvements Intersection Improvements project included in the current Capital Improvement Program.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
