Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION setting a public hearing on a proposal to vacate a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located within the Crosswinds Business Park Planned Unit Development (date of hrg: 5/6/19 @ 5:30 p.m.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City has received a request to vacate a portion of a Sanitary Sewer Easement located within the Crosswinds Business Park Planned Unit Development to facilitate platting in conformance with the Crosswinds Business Park Neighborhood Plan #4. The sanitary sewer extending westerly from SE Four Mile Dr is being redirected north from the existing sanitary sewer alignment, requiring vacation of the easement over the abandoned portion of the sanitary sewer.
