The action before the council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a fee title acquisition, permanent roadway easement and temporary construction easement from StorageMart (TKG-StorageMart Partners Portfolio, LLC) at 1901 South Ankeny Boulevard to facilitate the construction of the South Ankeny Boulevard and SE Shurfine Drive / SW Prairie Trail Parkway Intersection Improvements Intersection Improvements project.
