Consider motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of permanent street right-of-way and temporary construction easement for the N Ankeny Boulevard and NW-NE Georgetown Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Signalization project in Ankeny, Iowa.  (DLE Seven, LLC)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Consider motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of permanent street right-of-way and temporary construction easement for the N Ankeny Boulevard and NW-NE Georgetown Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Signalization project in Ankeny, Iowa.  (DLE Seven, LLC)
FISCAL IMPACT: No
The total compensation for the needed acquisitions is $350.00.  The cost for the right-of-way and easement is part of the project costs for the N Ankeny Boulevard and NW-NE Georgetown Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Signalization project included in the current Capital Improvement Program.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting permanent street right-of-way and temporary construction easement from DLE Seven, LLC to facilitate the construction of the N Ankeny Boulevard and NW-NE Georgetown Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Signalization project in Ankeny, Iowa.
