SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION approving fiscal year 2019 fund transfers.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The City Finance Committee recently approved changes to Administrative Rules Code 545-2.5 requiring all transfers of funds from one budgeted fund to another budgeted fund be approved by resolution. 

The proposed fiscal year 2019 fund transfer resolution puts the City in compliance with the changes to the Administrative Rules Code.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
None, as these transfers were previously approved as part of the adoption of the annual budget and subsequent budget amendments.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommend resolution approving the fiscal year 2019 fund transfers.
