| Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, deed to streets, subdivision bonds for seeding and erosion control and performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements for Heritage Village at Prairie Trail Plat 2. |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
| Heritage Village at Prairie Trail Plat 2 is a 13.76-acre plat located south of SW Magazine Road, east of SW Franklin Drive, and north of SW Prairie Trail Parkway. This plat document creates 24 single-family residential lots and 10 alley-loaded bi-attached townhome lots. Lots A and B will be dedicated to the City for right-of-way purposes for SW Merchant Street and SW Oak Street. Lot V will remain under private ownership. |
