SUBJECT:
Consider motion to approve Change Order #1 increasing the contract amount by $13,800.00 to J Pettiecord, for construction services on the Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Extension project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This change order includes phase 2 of the sanitary sewer project up to NE 18th Street adding approximately 2.3 more acres of clearing to be completed along with 2 additional creek crossings.
