Noise Permit - July 5, 2019 (Sips and Sounds)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Applicant is requesting approval of a noise permit for amplified sound for a Sips and Sounds event on July 5, 2019 located in the Town Square - The District in Prairie Trail.  This noise permit has been denied by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 3, which states the applicant or site location for a noise permit event shall be limited to no more than six (6) permits annually.  Applications submitted that exceed the six (6) permits annually shall require approval by the City Council. 

 

The Sips and Sounds event on July 5th will be the 7th event proposed for the Town Square in Prairie Trail.
