Applicant is requesting approval of noise permits for amplified sound for Ankeny Food Truck Tuesday events on June 18 and 25, 2019, located at the Ankeny Market and Pavilion (AMP) site. This noise permit has been denied by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 3, which states the applicant or site location for a noise permit event shall be limited to no more than six (6) permits annually. Applications submitted that exceed the six (6) permits annually shall require approval by the City Council.
The Ankeny Food Truck Tuesday events on June 18th and June 25th will be the 7th and 8th proposed for this AMP site location and therefore require City Council approval pursuant to Ankeny Municipal Code. |
