Noise Permit - Each Tuesday - beginning July 2 through September 24, 2019 (Ankeny Food Truck Tuesday)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Applicant is requesting approval of noise permits for amplified sound for Ankeny Food Truck Tuesday events on July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; August 6, 13, 20, 27; and September 3, 10, 17, 24, 2019 located at the Ankeny Market and Pavilion (AMP) site.  This noise permits have been denied by the City Clerk pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 3, which states the applicant or site location for a noise permit event shall be limited to no more than six (6) permits annually.  Applications submitted that exceed the six (6) permits annually shall require approval by the City Council. 
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
Payment of $50 for each Noise Permit.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
To approve the noise permits for amplified sound for each Ankeny Food Truck Tuesday beginning July 2 through September 24, 2019.
