| Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, warranty deed for streets and parkland dedication, performance bond for erosion control, and performance and maintenance bonds for paving and underground improvements for Parkway South at Prairie Trail Plat 2 |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
| Parkway South at Prairie Trail Plat 2 is an 18.13-acre final plat located south of SW Magazine Road along the SW Des Moines Street corridor. The plat will create 39-single-family lots, five street/alley lots, and two lots reserved for private open space. The street dedication will include extensions of SW 16th Street, SW 18th Street, and SW Walnut Street. Three lots will be dedicated for alleys parallel to SW Des Moines Street which will also serve lots fronting SW Magazine Road and SW Walnut. Public park dedication will include Lots W, X, Y, and Z. The plat is located within the Prairie Trail Planned Unit Development and is part of the Parkway South at Prairie Trail Neighborhood Plan. The proposed plat conforms to both the zoning and the neighborhood plan. |
