setting a public hearing on a proposal to vacate a portion of a public storm sewer easement located on Lot 3, John Deere Place Plat 5 (date of hrg: 10/21/19 @ 5:30 p.m.)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City has received a request to vacate a portion of a 20-foot Public Storm Sewer Easement located on Lot 3, John Deere Place Plat 5, to facilitate site development. The easement area will be restructured by adding four feet to the westerly easement boundary in order to be more centered along the existing storm sewer.
