Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, letter of credit for seeding and erosion control, performance bonds for underground improvements, and acceptance of street names: SW 11th Lane, SW 12th Lane, SW Diesel Lane, and SW Floyd Lane for Chalet at Prairie Trail Plat 1. |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
Chalet at Prairie Trail Plat 1 is a 6.54-acre final plat located southwest of the intersection of SW 11th Street and SW Westview Drive. The plat will create one common outlot and 103 townhome lots grouped together to create seventeen buildings with four, five, six, or eight units each. The units facing SW 11th Street or SW Westview Drive will have rear-loaded garages. The units interior to the site will have front loaded garages onto private lanes. New street names, which require City Council approval, include SW 11th Lane, SW 12th Lane, SW Diesel Lane, and SW Floyd Lane. |
