Following the recent retirement of the budget analyst position, the job description was reviewed by the City Manger's Office, Finance and Human Resources. It was determined that the position was best titled accountant, with minor modifications to principal duties and responsibilities from previous job descriptions for budget analyst and accountant. The position will also be transferred in the reporting structure from the City Manager's Office to the Finance Department as the majority of the duties are Finance related. |
