RESOLUTION
adopting a new official zoning map for the City of Ankeny, Iowa.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Ankeny Municipal Code 192.01.2 requires an official zoning map bearing the signature of the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk be kept on file in the City Clerk's office. To keep the map current, from time to time a new official zoning map may be adopted by the City for the purpose of including recent boundary changes and to accurately reflect current zoning districts throughout the community. The most recent official zoning map was adopted by the City Council on May 2, 2016 and since that time several rezonings and annexations have been approved.
