SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION approving the Annual Urban Renewal Report for Urban Renewal Areas within the City of Ankeny.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The Annual Urban Renewal Report contains the Fiscal Year 2019 activity for each of the City's urban renewal areas, which includes the following:  Ankeny Economic Development Urban Renewal Area, Ankeny 1991 Urban Renewal Area and Ankeny Northeast Urban Renewal Area.

This report is required by Iowa Code Section 384.22 and must be submitted to the Iowa Department of Management by December 1 each year.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommend approving the Annual Urban Renewal Report for Urban Renewal Areas within the City of Ankeny.
