SUBJECT:
Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION approving debt certification forms, appropriating funds and directing filing of certifications.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The attached exhibits certify to the County Auditor the City's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) indebtedness for each urban renewal area, including the amount of tax increment financing revenues requested for Fiscal Year 2021.

This certification is required by Iowa Code Section 403.19 and is due to the County Auditor on or before December 1 annually.
