SUBJECT:
Ord 1987: An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by amending provisions pertaining to Chapter 90 Water Service System.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The proposed Ordinance updates language related to Chapter 90 Water Service System, Section 90.08 Plumber Required and Section 90.11 Installation of Water Service Pipe.  All changes are redlined in the attached Ordinance.
