Consider motion to adopt a
RESOLUTION
accepting a purchase agreement and approving documents for the acquisition of permanent water main easement for the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project in Ankeny, Iowa. (3851 NW Irvinedale Drive - Gary Bauer)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The action before the council is the adoption of a Resolution accepting a permanent water main easement from Gary Bauer at 3851 NW Irvinedale Drive to facilitate the construction of the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No
The total compensation for the permanent water main easement is $1397.00. The cost for the easement is part of the project costs for the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project included in the current Capital Improvement Program.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the motion to adopt a RESOLUTION accepting a permanent water main easement from Gary Bauer at 3851 NW Irvinedale Drive to facilitate the construction of the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project in Ankeny, Iowa.
