SUBJECT:
Consider motion to approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement increasing the contract amount by $11,900.00 with JEO Consulting Group for construction engineering services on the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project. 
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The scope of the construction engineering services and the corresponding fees are shown in the attached Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement.  A copy of the original Professional Services Agreement and Amendment #1 are also attached for reference.

 

The fee for the additional engineering services is $11,900.00.  The original Professional Services Agreement for design engineering services is $0.00.  Adding Amendments No. 1 and 2 to the Professional Services Agreement increases the total contract amount to $16,900.00.

 

It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with JEO Consulting Group in the amount of $11,900.00 for the NW Irvinedale Drive Water Main Improvements project.
FISCAL IMPACT: No
This project is included in the City's 2019 - 2023 Capital Improvements Program for construction in 2019.
