The Public Works Department is using MSA Professional Services, Inc. to complete the necessary construction engineering services on the subject project.  The scope of the additional construction engineering services and the corresponding fees are shown in the attached Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement.  A copy of the original Professional Services Agreement and Amendment No. 1 are also attached for reference.  The fee for the additional construction engineering services associated with Amenement No. 2 is $835.00.

 
It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc.
