Proposed 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program (PH 2020-01)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

For 2020-2024, the capital improvement program totals $149,465,870.  Of this total, 44% is identified for transportation projects, 37% for municipal utilities (water, sewer and storm water) projects, 11% for municipal buildings, 4% for sidewalks and trails and 4% for parks.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommends approving the 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):
The 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program was presented and reviewed by City Council at the December 16, 2019 Council Action Planning Session.
