RESOLUTION
adopting a schedule of fees for certain development activities as authorized by the City of Ankeny, Iowa, Municipal Code.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
These development fees were last updated March 2017 and implemented July 1, 2017. Staff has applied a 10% increase across all of the development fees, rounding to the nearest five dollars where applicable.
