SUBJECT:
Ord 2004: An Ordinance adding Chapter 124 Mobile Food Vendors, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, 2008.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
An ordinance adding a new section for Mobile Food Vendor permitting and licensing.
FISCAL IMPACT: Yes
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve third Reading of Ordinance 2004
PREVIOUS COUNCIL/COMMISSION/BOARD ACTION(S):

City Council reviewed the draft ordinance at a Planning Session February 3 and February 17, 2020.
PUBLIC OUTREACH EFFORTS:

The City Clerk worked with a team from the city consisting of PD, Fire, Public Works, Planning & Building, Park and Recreation and the Deputy Clerk to develop an ordinance for Mobile Food Vendors.  She also meet with key community stake holders such as Ankeny Chamber, Uptown Association, and DRA Properties.

Action: Consider motion to accept third consideration of ORDINANCE 2004,<span>sending it on its final passage and publication as required by law.</span>&nbsp;
