SUBJECT:
Ord 2006: An Ordinance amending Chapter 44, Noise Control, of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, 2008.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Clerk worked with a team from the city consisting of PD, Fire, Public Works, Planning & Building, Park and Recreation and the Deputy Clerk to amend the Noise Control ordinance.

Approve third Reading of Ordinance 2006

City Council reviewed the ordinance at a Planning Session held February 17, 2020.

Draft Ordinances where shared with key stake holders such as Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, Uptown Association, and the DRA Properties.
