Ord 2010:

An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by amending provisions pertaining to stormwater management fees.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The proposed ordinance increases the stormwater management fees by $1 per ERU from $5.50 to $6.50 per month.  It also increases the maximum ERU per month for commercial, industrial and multi-family from 40 to 50 ERUs.  These changes are effective July 1, 2020.
