The Police Department fees are being codified for the first time by resolution of the City Council.  Previously the fees were codified by Ankeny Police Department Policy.  

The fees remain unchanged with the exception of report fees which are being condensed from a range of fees for various types of digital media (i.e. video tapes, audio tapes, mobile camera and photos) to a flat fee for all types of digital media for ease of administration.  See the attached comparable information for details.
