Adopting a Schedule of Permit Fees for Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City's Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control (COSESCO) permit fees have not been adjusted since they were originally established in January 2007. The updated permit fees are consistent with similar permit fees of the City's peer communities within the Des Moines metro area and Iowa. These changes are effective July 1, 2020.
