SUBJECT:
Ord 2011: An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, by amending provisions pertaining to Chapter 169 Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The City's Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control (COSESCO) permit fees have not been adjusted since they were originally established in January 2007.  The updated permit fees are consistent with similar permit fees of the City's peer communities within the Des Moines metro area and Iowa.  The changes to Chapter 169 and to the COSESCO permit fees are shown in the attached Ordinance and Resolution, respectively.  These changes are effective July 1, 2020.

Accept first consideration of Ordinance 2011 to amend Chapter 169 Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control of the Municipal Code.
