| Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION accepting final plat, platted easements, and subdivision bond for seeding and erosion control for Attivo Trail Ankeny. |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
| DRA Properties, LC and Haverkamp Properties, LLC are proposing Attivo Trail Ankeny for development. The plat is an 18.96-acre plat north of SW Magazine Road, west of SW Des Moines Street south of SW 11th Street, and east of SW Westview Drive. The plat includes one buildable lot and one outlot. Lot 1 is planned for a 4-story retirement residential use building with a central internal courtyard and underground parking. |
