Ord 2013: An Ordinance amending Chapter 56 Dog and Cat Licenses Required of the Municipal Code of the City of Ankeny, Iowa, 2008.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Section 56.02 lists that license fees for dog and cats are ten dollars ($10.00) per year.  Management has changed the policy so that fees are set by a resolution of the City Council each year.  Therefore this section is being modified to remove the fee amount and reference the resolution set out by council on an annual basis.
