EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The purpose of Amendment No. 2 is to account for the additional construction engineering services completed by HR Green, Inc. for the NW Irvinedale Drive and NW 5th Street Intersection Improvements project due to extra construction work performed and due to the extension of the project's construction duration as a result of the Contractor significantly exceeding the allotted working days designated in the construction Contract.  The scope of the additional construction engineering services along with the corresponding fees are shown in the attached Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement.  A copy of the original Professional Services Agreement and Amendment No. 1 are also attached for reference.
