RESOLUTION
approving a merchant services agreement with GolfNow Business Solutions for credit card capabilities at Otter Creek Golf Course.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Due to COVID-19 safety concerns the City of Ankeny closed Otter Creek Golf Course. As part of the Phase 1 reopening process the Clubhouse will remain closed to the public. To book tee times online and to process credit card payments an interim agreement is needed with GolfNow Merchant Business Solutions. Once the Clubhouse is open this agreement will be terminated and the City will once again be processing payments with our current provider.
