PH 2020-37: A proposal to vacate a public utility and drainage easement located on a part of Lot 1, Metro North.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Polk County Aviation Authority has requested the vacation of a 25-foot and 50-foot Public Utility and Drainage Easement located on a part of Lot 1, Metro North to facilitate future development of an airport hangar on a portion of the property.

CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the request to vacate the Public Utility and Drainage Easement.
