| Consider motion to adopt RESOLUTION approving amendment to fiscal year 2020 fund transfers. |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
Administrative Rules Code 545-2.5 requires all transfers of funds from one budgeted fund to another budgeted fund be approved by resolution. The City approves fund transfers in the adoption of the annual budget and subsequent budget amendments. Fund transfers were approved as a part of the FY 2020 Budget adopted March 11, 2019 and FY 2020 Budget Amendments approved March 23, 2020 and May 18, 2020.
The fiscal year 2020 funds transfer resolution is being amended due to the FY 2020 budget amendment adopted on May 18, 2020, in order to maintain compliance with the Administrative Rules Code 545-2.5. |
