Action: Consider MOTION to approve the site plan for Hidden Creek Mixed-Use 2020 located at 1520 NW Irvinedale Drive, subject to City Council acceptance of the public ingress/egress easement, public sidewalk easement, and storm water management facility maintenance covenant and permanent easement agreement.
