PH 2023-16: Proposed request to vacate a water main easement located on Lots 1-4 of Park Sight Office Park at Prairie Trail Plat 4.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
DRA Properties is proposing to vacate part of an existing water main easement across property currently owned by them and a portion of a lot owned by Veridian Credit Union. Water main has not yet been installed in this easement. A new easement location has been proposed and construction drawings submitted for the new water main location. Engineering staff has reviewed this request and is in support of this vacation request.
