PH 2023-24: Proposed Issuance of Not to Exceed $13,000 Lease Agreements
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The not to exceed $13,000 lease agreements are being proposed to fund the replacement of postage equipment at City Hall and the Ankeny Kirkendall Public Library, both payable from the general fund.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Yes
The postage machine lease payments will total $12,647.40 over the 60-month lease period. The City Hall postage machine will be billed at $409.02 quarterly and the Ankeny Kirkendall Public Library postage machine will be billed at $223.35 quarterly.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommend the proposed issuance of not to exceed $13,000 lease agreements.
